We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Up selling abilities to promote additional products or services

**Salary**: From £23,756.00 per hour
