We are recruiting a Client Service Administrator to join the team in Bristol City Centre. This part of the business is responsible for advising corporate clients on all aspects of various insurance products relating to health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The role is working within a team where you will be liaising with clients on the phone dealing with queries regarding their employee benefits policies. The team are friendly and have a variety of experience to train you in the products and processes. Theinitial training will be 5 days a week in the Manchester office and once you have completed this, flexibility to work 2 days a week from home is given.

What you need to have:
- Strong background in admin or an office based customer focused role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues
