We are looking for a great communicator, organiser and all-round quality and detail fanatic to sit within our Technical Design team.

You will work across multiple projects in partnership with our Project Designers and Project Managers, collaborating with different teams, managing deadlines, project technical information and ensuring quality and consistency throughout.

You will see everything that happens. With your forward planning skills and proactive mindset, you will play an important role in the success of our projects and be content to see your work benefiting so many people who are working hard to deliver these incredible projects around the world.

Coordinators are sometimes the unsung hero roles, but at Ideaworks we know they play a critical part in how we successfully deliver our projects.

This is not about your AV or lighting experience (or complete lack of). It is 100% about your character, your curious nature, your attention to detail and above all, your great communication and organisation skills. If you are the detail fanatic and great communicator that we need, and you thrive on being part of a successful projects team, then give us a call.

Although we have multiple offices, this appointment is predominantly based out of our stunning Design Office in Faversham (although some travel to project locations would be required). If you have ever considered a life in the country, then this may be your chance.

Details

Title: Technical Coordinator

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Location: Faversham, Kent.

Type: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28k-£35K depending on experience
