As a **Team Leader **you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. As a **Team Leader **you will be responsible for the medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers plans are up to date. - Rate of pay for this role is £12.65 per hour _
