**OCS are currently recruiting at Bristol Airport for an Operations Supervisor, on a permanent basis, offering an excellent salary and a progression path within a global facilities management company.**

**Full time in a rotating shifts basis between Monday and Sunday ( 24 hour operation), 4 days of and 4 days off.**

**£27540 per annum**

The Operations Supervisor will report to the Duty Manager and ensure the best use of resource across both the PRM and Airside Coaching operation maximising efficiencies and minimising and delays or service failures.

Main Duties:
Supervise operational staff on shift to deliver a service consistent with customer specifications, taking remedial action if necessary.

To allocate resources to ensure best endeavours to maintain contract agreements.

Conduct performance appraisals with appropriate employees, identifying potential talent and recommending training and development where appropriate.

To lead and organise the movement of staff and vehicles in a timely and safe manner.

Building & maintaining relationships with clients, airport authorities and other regulatory bodies.

Encourage collaborative working systems for upward communication and ideas and conduct briefing/TBT when necessary

To undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by your immediate manager or other company representatives.

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
Team Leading/management qualification or willingness to undertake this qualification.

Must be able to obtain an airside pass via 5 year referencing history and DBS check

Previous experience of Airside operations at an airport is strongly desired.

Previous customer service experience is essential as is demonstrable people supervisory skills

IT literate

Needs to demonstrate some experience at supervisory level.
