**Sales Order Administrator - Ollerton**
We are currently seeking for a Sales administrator to join an well-established company based in Ollerton, This role will be for someone ideally looking for long term work and a successful career if this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you
Starting on £10.45 per hour with a pay increase after a successful 12 weeks probation.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30am-5pm
No weekends are required.
**Duties include**:
- Deal with incoming customer telephone enquiries and help covert into sales.
- Invoice out customers sales and help support the dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Organize courier labels.
- Process invoices for all goods sold and supporting the booking-in process of parts.
- Help process job cards into finished turbo stock including adding both parts and labour.
- To support with the ordering of branch stationary within the financial parameters.
- Undertake filing duties in line with Company policy and procedures.
- Willing to learn and take on instructions
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Can work as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
