The Pax8 Talent Team is expanding and we need to find a new team mate capable of recruiting A++ talent for us. We are a high empathy company and rapidly expanding to becoming the world's favourite marketplace for IT professionals to buy cloud products.

**This is a hybrid position where you'll ideally be located within the M4 Corridor between Bristol and London, and be flexible, willing and able to get into to the Farnborough, Bristol, Derby or Amsterdam Office locations for team meetings usually monthly but more in the beginning as you absorb our ethos.**

We are looking for an **experienced**, **inhouse, recruitment partner** capable of managing a workload of at least 7 open positions concurrently with exposure to **technology hiring **but also able to handle commercial and operations roles at a variety of levels and exposure to cross border recruiting in EMEA is a bonus.

We’re looking for a minimum of 1 years in-house technology recruitment experience and 2+ years solid recruitment craft ability. This is full cycle hiring from Intake brief to Start Day.

**Day to Day your role focus will be on**:

- Identifying and qualifying the very best talent available in the market for technical and commercial positions
- Using direct and indirect recruiting approaches
- Supporting our hiring managers - deeply qualifying briefs at every campaign start
- Writing differentiating job adverts that have a knack for surfacing "the one"
- Leaning into and contributing to developing existing processes marrying human centricity with precision & efficiency
- Working transparently with hiring managers on our collaborative hiring system (Comeet) and soon Greenhouse
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues to move forward people related OKRs

The next member of our team will be someone who can "deep dive" into any role, can keep the pace, but anticipates the needs of others before they've been asked, and always catches the detail but doesn’t lose sight of the needs of the humans both sides of the table. Above all you'll see recruiting as a "skilled craft" and not a transaction.

**Requirements**:

- ** Have +1 year Internal / In-house experience in a technology business**:

- Are a curious, passionate continuous learner, always developing your recruiting skills
- Have a keen interest in business but like to operate at the intersection of people & technology
- Are curious about maintaining and analysing your own KPI’s on hiring activity to refine your skill
- Are resilient - can juggle a dozen shifting tasks and still be able to bounce when faced with sudden change, ambiguity or uncontrollable time delays
- Are a total multitasker - able to manage 7 incoming comms channels with lots of moving parts, people and personalities without dropping balls, while looking out for team members
- Build trust and rapport easily - being able to create open and positively honest and personable interactions
- Are a team player and can happily collaborate and influence 2+ people on each assignment
- Have a sense of humour - can laugh in the face of adversity and support the wider team on overload
