**Key Objectives**:

- Provide guidance and support to Board of Trustees, Committees and CEO around good governance protocols, and codes of practice associated with the sector and governance frameworks within which board and ET members execute duties.
- Provide executive support to Board and Chief Executive Office, including administrative assistance, diary management, stakeholder engagement coordination, report planning and scheduling, official minute taking, collation of executive reporting data andprogress reports.
- Author and process official notices for publication as necessary and establish and maintain a Publication Log with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a record of Conflict of Interests as per regulations.
- Maintain a database of Legal Owners / Members.
- Prepare a wide variety of correspondence, memoranda, legal documents, resolutions, board reports, and other items as delegated from brief instructions and rough drafts on behalf of the Chief Executive, Chair and Board.
- Research, compile, and analyse data on a variety of topics.
- Provide administrative and recordkeeping support services for the Company Secretary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend Board meetings and record minutes and actions taken; execute orders of the Board as directed by the Chief Executive Officer and Chair.
- Maintain an Order of Business and Board Agenda Plan.
- Publish meeting agendas and minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
- Author and process official notices for publication as necessary and establish and maintain a Publication Log with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform a full range of highly confidential and complex administrative support duties for the Chair and Committee Chairs.
- Publish meeting agendas and minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
- Proofread, review, and format a wide variety of reports, letters, memoranda, and correspondence related to Board and CEO business matters.
- Coordinate and compile agenda items, monitor attendance, record and process actions related to meetings of the Board of Trustees.
- Receive enquiries and complaints directed to the Board from the public, handling such matters personally or directing them to the proper respondent.
- Coordinate training on good governance, inequalities and other regulatory frameworks for Board Members and Executive Management Staff and prepare, maintain, and update a master list of individuals required to complete the training.
- Establish and maintain a variety of administrative files, including legal documents, policies, resolutions, minutes, agreements, reports and other official records as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a PA/EA role
- Exceptional Organisational Skills
- Previous experience with the Microsoft packages
- Extensive Diary Management Experience
