Quba & Co is a growing lifestyle retailer with a nautical heritage. Founded in 1996 in Salcombe, Devon our stores are predominantly in the South West of England with further plans to expand the store portfolio and a growing online presence. We specialise in jackets created from reclaimed canvas sailcloth, while expanding our offering over the years to produce a wide range of premium nautical inspired clothing and accessories for both men and women (and dogs).

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints and deal with them in a professional and efficient manner.
- Required to respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Responsible for searching for a solution/outcome to the customer enquiry that is satisfactory to the customer and the busines
- Responsible for processing orders
- Coordinating customer orders between the warehouse and stores
- Able to respond to customer stock enquiries by looking up stock
- Required to take orders for Customise Your Own products
- Calculate prices for Customise Your Own products
- Process Customise Your Own orders through the system
- Print out Customise Your Own orders
- Label booking
- General administration support

**Standards**
- Ensure you comply with all Health and Safety procedures and processes
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness within the office
- Comply with data protection legislation and processes
- Ensure all stock management procedures are followed
- Ensure you keep yourself up to date with changing processes and procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
