Our team comprises knowledgeable pharmacists and dispensers trained to deliver thorough medication counseling, optimising the benefits of each prescription while minimising potential risks or side effects.

In addition to our prescription services, we also supply various over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, we facilitate seamless medication management and offer convenient prescription refill services.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team.

Education / Skills:
While prior Pharmacy Counter experience is preferred, it is not essential.
A genuine concern for patient well-being and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care are essential.
The ability to perform effectively under pressure and within deadlines is required.
Attention to detail, accuracy, strong customer service, and IT skills are necessary.

**Responsibilities**:
Receive and dispense prescriptions.
Manage inventory by ordering items and handling deliveries.
Sell over-the-counter medicines.
Address customer queries, escalating to the pharmacist when necessary.
Provide health advice and direct customers to appropriate resources.

**Job Schedule and Hours**:
Weekdays (24 to 32 hours), **Must be able to work WEDNESDAY**

Pay:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Start Date:
As soon as possible

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
