**Shift**:Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4.45pm (36 hours per week)

Working within the International department, International Trainers are responsible for the delivery of high quality, impactful learning for new starters and existing employees to increase knowledge, skills and confidence. **What you’ll be doing**:
You will deliver a range of training content for face-to-face, virtual and hybrid delivery using a variety of methods to enhance and provide an exceptional learning and training experience.

The International Trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

Additionally, you will support individuals experiencing challenges along with identifying good and poor performance.

There may be some travel between Next sites and need to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends which includes travel and overnight stays to encourage face-to-face engagement with teams and stakeholders.

As a proficient communicator, both written and verbal, you exhibit high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, along with a collaborative spirit that transcends all levels of interaction.
