**About you....**

As a Level 3 Practitioner we can offer you a salary of up to £25,000. We can offer flexible working and part time hours are available for this role, do speak to us about these options.

**In this role you will be...**
- Taking the first step in progression, as a Level 3 on this pathway this role leads onto roles such as a Room Leader and Senior practitioner roles
- Contributing to provide a safe, happy, healthy, and caring environment for children to explore, develop and grow
- Ensuring a high standard of care giving children individual attention so that their social, emotional, and intellectual needs are fully nurtured
- Using your skills to assist in delivery of our 'learning through play’ and 'in the moment planning' educational ethos
- Developing inclusive learning environment which are stimulating for children
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and carers, team members and children
- Ensuring that children’s welfare is a priority by using the nurseries safeguarding procedures to support you
