Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team in West Berkshire, offering a stimulating and safe environment for young children.

About the Role

You will be instrumental in delivering a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, providing exceptional care and education for children from babies to pre-school age.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver a diverse and stimulating curriculum both indoors and outdoors, with access to wider school facilities
  2. Support the emotional, social, and educational development of each child, ensuring they feel valued and respected
  3. Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters child-centered learning

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification and a passion for early years childcare. You'll be dedicated to supporting each child's individual development while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team atmosphere.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £25,982 (starting) - £28,000 (progression), based on your experience and qualifications.
