As a **Support Worker **with Thera, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. Using a person-centred approach, you will help create innovative ways to support an individual achieve their own personal goals.

**What do you need to become our Support Worker**?**
- Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
