The Company:
Our client is a growing organisation who are looking to recruit due to expansion.Based in Bradley Stoke, our client are experts on and sell Fire Safety ventilation products to the construction industry. This is a superb time to join them in their journey.

The Job:
They are looking for an Administrator who will focus on producing quotes to their clients.Working in a team of one other person, you will be fully supported to learn the requirements of this role.

Full training will be provided in this role, and responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Making product selections, raising quotes and issuing to customers (full training will be provided)
- Become an in-house expert on their products
- Completing quote revisions
- Answering customer queries
- Answering customer calls
- Arranging documentation

The Person:
As no one else in the UK undertakes the work they do, they aren’t looking for specific experience, however they are looking for someone who is keen to learn and not phased by working in a technical quotes administration role, where you will learn on thejob.It’s essential you have a keenness to learn, be organised and a great team player.

They are also looking for:

- Excellent people skills
- Not afraid to ask questions to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Good IT skills and excellent attention detail,
- Flexible to change, their industry is ever changing
