Currently recruiting for an experienced onshore Specialist Cleaning Focal Point on a permanent staff basis for a leading engineering and maintenance provider within the oil and gas industry.

**The Specialist Cleaning Focal Point will have the following main duties and responsibilities**:

- Completing CTR for the works to be executed as part of the assigned project.
- Planning and monitoring the project budgets and costs during execution and on completion.
- Managing and monitoring the selection and requisition of all plant, equipment and materials on the assigned project.
- Optimising deployment and performance of human resources to achieve or exceed performance targets.
- Communicating progress and any operational difficulties and commercial implications to the responsible Operational Business Delivery Teams / customer.
- Contributing to negotiations with the customer where any variations and changes to contract carry commercial implications.
- Communicating the progress, variations and costs of the assigned project to the customer and company management. Where possible, suggesting improvements and efficiencies to enhance profitability.
- Planning operations in conjunction with client representatives and responsible Operational Business Delivery Teams.
- Communicating progress of operations through liaison with clients and responsible Operational Business Delivery Teams on a regular basis.
- Identifying and reacting to shortfalls in customer service.
- Cultivating and developing good customer relations.
- Planning and monitoring the requisition and expedition of all resource requirements including material, equipment and personnel (including subcontractor services).
- Liaising with the HR Team and Platform Team regarding resource requirements and mobilisation of personnel.
- Ensuring the co-ordination of shipments to worksite through Logistics Department.
- Providing technical support to offshore and onshore teams across all disciplines.
- Attending project kick-off meetings.
- Liaising with assigned Operational Business Delivery teams to gain knowledge of future projects.
- Ensuring that CTRs, project estimates, work scopes and work packs are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the mobilisation of personnel, plant, equipment and materials are inputted into client’s planning system.
- Setting up and maintaining Anomaly Database.
- Managing growth and variations.
- Setting up and maintaining key communications with offshore teams.

**Experience / Qualifications**:

- A relevant Engineering degree / HND qualification would be preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar onshore-based Specialist Cleaning Focal Point type role, within the oil and gas industry, is essential.
- Applicants should have sound working knowledge of NORM management, chemical cleaning, HP/UHP water jetting and industrial cleaning activities.
