Multi Skilled Joiners & Plumbers required for social housing contract in Liverpool.

You will be working in the responsive repairs department completing multi skilled repairs and maintenance to customers and tenants.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a similar role as a multi skilled joiner or plumber
- Experience working in domestic setting, preferably within social housing
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- NVQ Level 2/3 or time served equivalent

**Desirable**:

- CSCS Blue Card holder
- Working at heights qualification
- Asbestos awareness qualification

**Skills**:

- Main trade: Plumbing or Joinery
- Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- Floor Screeding
- Kitchen & Bathroom fitting

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
