- Are you looking for your next role in digital marketing? We have an opportunity for a passionate content executive to join our growing team.As Content Executive you will support the publishing and optimisation of Group brand content and campaigns - across the corporate Group website, using SEO as well as social media and other Group channels

What you'll be doingSEO reporting and content optimisation for the Group website. SEO reporting will be done in collaboration with our SEO agency and content optimisation tasks might include: asset improvements, copy editing or tagging

Social / web content publishing and editorial planning as well as social and content governance (guidelines)

Social media reputation management and tracking (daily/ weekly/ monthly alerts) as well as support with campaign/ issues support.

Internal knowledge sharing with colleagues (via internal meetings like the monthly social media forum, to share best practice approaches) and training (e.g., CMS and Hootsuite)

Social and web reporting (using Adobe analytics, Hootsuite, Brandwatch & similar tools), creating accurate and timely reports with actionable insights

Supporting content team with general administration tasks such as budget and invoice management, room booking, tool renewals, diary management, updating departmental spreadsheets and presentations, organise meetings / take minutes and manage the team’s group mailbox

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) - ensuring content is accessible and clear in line with best practice. Supporting CX colleagues with customer issues that arise on social media, helping them reach swift resolution

What we're looking for
- You'll have digital marketing, branding, communications or similar discipline experience, an academic or industry body qualification is desirable but not essential.Knowledge of SEO, website management and reporting, social media management & digital marketing.

Project management skills, positive communication skills, stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Experience in an internal marketing team or agency environment is beneficial.
