**Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are one of the specialist divisions that make up the gap personnel group, providing predominately permanent recruitment support to a wide variety of clients across the country. We have tripled in size over the last 2 years and cover 7 career sectors via a team of specialist recruiters and account managers, based in 3 locations, and plan to open a 4**th** location by the end of the year.**

**What will your role involve?**
- Focused business development across existing, lapsed and new clients
- Vacancy pipeline management
- Client relationship management
- Recording & reporting of information on in-house systems and as required for clients and the company

**What will you receive in return?**
- A highly competitive basic salary, based upon the skills and experience you bring to the role (c£22k - £35k)

**Hours of work**:

- Standard working hours are 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday, however we are an inclusive employer and offer flexibility, including reduced hours and/or the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.
