People Solutions are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Worcester.

Recruitment is an ever changing rollercoaster full of ups and downs, no two days are the same - this does bring excitement to the role, but can also bring challenges.

It is therefore crucial that you are able to adapt to any situation that may arise in a calm and decisive manner.

We offer unrivalled training, so experience isn't essential, what we do require is self-motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious and resilient individuals with a real desire to forge a successful career in recruitment.

Working days and shift times:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay rate:
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Day to Day Duties

The ability to generate new business and form successful client relationships

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with applicants

Interviewing applicants and CV writing when required

Advertising roles on job boards, social media and newspapers

Resilient and a focus on a strong team ethos

Increasing market share, with both new and existing clients

Essential Skills

Sales background or Customer Service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel.

An ability to work to targets/deadlines

A 'Can Do' attitude with a real desire to work in Sales

Must have your own vehicle

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in Recruitment is desirable but not essential
