**Role Overview**:
**What you'll do**:

- Support the formulation and delivery of Group Clinical projects to advance the use of health data and outcomes across the organisation - including funding and provision businesses
- Co-ordinate project approach, management, prioritisation, and internal/external messaging
- Engage senior stakeholders from across functions to develop projects which are relevant and impactful
- Lead, devise and communicate updates on team projects, translating complex information into a convincing and coherent narrative, aligned to Bupa's strategy
- Develop a systematic and innovative approach to developing projects for health data and outcomes, assessing and prioritising opportunities for maximal business impact.
- Identify and foresee blockers and work to ensure their resolution, to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Make use of IT/software to efficiently manage projects, collect data and demonstrate impact
- Bring together multi-faceted and complex information into a compelling and strategically aligned narrative
- Create succinct and impactful updates (presentations or written documents) for the internal team, senior stakeholders in the Group, Market Units and Business Units
- Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Director and Group Clinical team to articulate the team's strategy and ambitions

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years working within a consulting company with relevant international programme management experience
- Experience in healthcare sector is desirable
- Fluency in a second language is essential: Spanish or Polish preferred
- Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics in a manner tailored to the audience
- Experience of delivering presentations at a senior level with diverse international teams.
- Experience of using software such as power BI to convert data into visual and compelling insights
- Willingness to develop a deep understanding of the diverse healthcare settings in which Bupa operates globally
- Mindset of continuous improvement, agility, and connectivity; able to work collaboratively and achieve consensus between disparate parties
