Join Our Team Quality Assurance Specialist for Civils Surfacing Project based on a project in Truro

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the highest standards of quality in our civils surfacing project.
- Developing and implementing quality standards for our projects
- Conducting rigorous tests and inspections to identify and address any issues
- Collaborating with the team to uphold safety regulations and industry standards
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating comprehensive audit reports
- Offering valuable recommendations for process improvements
- Crafting training materials and operational manuals to enhance the team's capabilities

**Key Requirements and Skills**:
To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and capabilities:

- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards in civils surfacing
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
