WiggleCRC are looking to recruit a **In-Store Bike Mechanic (20 Hour) **to join the team in our Belfast Retail Store

**What will you be doing?**
You will be responsible for delivering high standards of bike repair and maintenance whilst assisting in the smooth running, efficiency and quality control of the workshop
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assembly and set up of high-quality bikes
- Offering advice to customers regarding preventative maintenance and effective use of tools/cleaning products
- Identification/diagnosis of mechanical problem (or related sub-system issue) to ensure correct service options communicated to customer
- Servicing of bikes, specifically with a focus on up to-date technologies including hydraulic, electronic and e-bike propulsion sub-systems
- Ensuring the workshop and store are kept hygienically clean and the first impressions of working rea are professional and organised
- Ensuing compliance with all Health and Safety regulations including promotion of PPE and COSSH
**Experience/Skills**:
- Proven experience in bicycle repair and maintenance in a similar environment
- Advanced knowledge of bicycle disciplines, associated brands, and different requirements from associated cyclist
- Experience in a customer facing multi-channel retail environment
- IT Literate
- Enjoyment and keen interest in the sport of cycling
**Desirable**:
- Minimum of 4 GCSE grades C or above (including Math's & English) or equivalent
- Recognised qualification in mechanics, Cytech qualification OR similar retail environment with a focus on multi-channel customer service
