About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team at Sweaty Betty. As a Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics, working closely with the store team to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Manage cash and stock accurately, adhering to all security and health and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives and support the store manager in their duties.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge.
  • Pride over work and a willingness to assume additional responsibilities, as needed.
