The position would be working closely with the pub manager and parent company directors to ensure consistency, but also being capable of running the bar & restaurant alone as required on the rota to cover holidays and days off. You will be required to work evenings and weekends and own transportation is imperative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members.
- Monitor staff performance by supervising, motivating and training the team to ensure duties are performed efficiently with customer service and satisfaction being a key focus
- Monitor daily operations by supervising and assisting according to demand to maintain appropriate levels of customer service
- Ensure daily reporting and banking procedures are followed
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff at all times
- Any other duties as directed by the management

**Essential Qualities**:

- Fantastic people and social skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Love your job - demonstrate a positive attitude all day every day
- Experience in the licensed trade
- Experience in supervising and motivating a team
- Ability to follow company procedures and deliver high standards
- Computer literate with competent numerical & cash handling skills
- Demonstrate due diligence & encourage a safe working environment
- Willing to undertake training and personal development
- Flexible and adaptable to perform any other duties as required by management

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Work Location: One location
