The team are all extremely passionate about what they do and work closely and dynamically together towards maximum productivity.
Your new role
As Product Manager (Own Label), you will be responsible for managing the Own Label products that are supplied to most of the UK's large retailers (Tesco's, Morrisons etc), recommending, developing, and implementing strategies to grow the portfolio with profit& loss responsibilities. This role will suit someone who loves a full 360 process, getting satisfaction from seeing a product from design stage through to when it lands on shelf in stores. This role is heavily involved in launching new products from initiationto result and everything in between including positioning within the market, pricing, budget, cross-team collaboration and liaising with stakeholders, retailers, and supply chains. This role will be reporting into the Marketing Director and joining anotherProduct Manager (responsible for managing the selection packs that are supplied to the retailers) and a trainee. This role will have no direct reports other than a dotted line from the trainee.
