This is **not** a call centre position, although you will need to be confident to communicate over the phone with external and internal contacts.

**Duties**:

- Checking funding documentation
- Ensuring underwriting conditions are met
- Liaising with field-based sales staff
- Taking inbound calls from dealerships

**The individual**:

- Maths and English GCSE (grade C or above or equivalent)
- High levels of accuracy
- Confident communicator
- Excellent written grammar and English
- Highly organised
- Numerate - enjoy working with numbers
