Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in **Redhill**, in fact they are one of the largest financial groups in the world, who prides themselves on their professional customer service and they are now looking to recruita **SpecialistFunding Clerk**. This sought-after employer is a company that provide a first-class service and with excellent training on bespoke systems you will be shown all the trade secrets and become part of a hugely successfulteam and business where progression and development is offered.

**Who will suit this role?**
You don’t need any direct experience in Financial Services - however you will have helped customers in another sector within a commercial environment where you have been required to assist customers over the telephone.
- A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
- Positive and enthusiastic approach
- Receptive to change
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C/4 upwards
- Previous call handling experience is desirable
- Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Product knowledge in the Broker and Leisure field is preferred.

The **hours of work** will be Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00, however employees will be required to work within a shift pattern which will include 1 day in 4 at 11:00 -7:00 and 1 weekend in 4 (with 2 days off in lieu the following week).
