**Fire Risk Assessor**

**Up to £46,000 + Benefits**

**Enfield, North London (Remote Based)**

Our client, a sucessful and rapidly expanding Property Safety and Construction Consultancy based in London, is keen to employ an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to work on a range of residential and commercial contracts located across North London and surroundingareas.

**As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will**:

- Carry out site-based fire risk assessments on a range of small - large scale residential and commercial premises
- Ensure buildings conform to the latest fire related building regulations and technical standards
- Provide fire safety advice to clients
- Maintain up to date knowledge of any changes in regulation and developments in fire safety
- Authorise and sign off fire risk assessments

**What are we looking for?**
- Fire safety qualification such as the NEBOSH Fire, FPA or CFPA diploma
- IFE membership
- Minimum of 2 years' solid experience conducting fire risk assessments across various market sectors
- Full UK driving license and willing to travel across London and further afield when required
- Good working knowledge of current fire safety legislation and technical standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
