The main purpose is supporting people with mental health support needs find, regain, and retain employment. This could involve helping them to retain their current job. Here you could be liaising with employers or attending disciplinary meetings. As well asliaising with other professionals such as GP’s to facilitate returning to work.
You will work with a caseload of 40. Clients could have mild to moderate mental health support needs, and can be referred across via GP’s, housing providers, IAPT or drug & alcohol services.
There are of course targets to meet - minimum outcomes you will be expected to achieve are 2 job outcomes per month (1 x Retain + 1 x Regain)

You will be based at their HQ in Central Cambridge. Part of this role is community work and some outreach so you must be flexible to travel
