Indeed, they have focused on expanding the breadth and depth of their commercial services offering and have expanded into a number of international markets with this in mind.

The leadership team have made a string of key strategic hires across multiple practice areas over the last 10 years, many of whom are ex-City lawyers who want to provide cost-effective legal services to their clients with the backing of a highly modern firm that prioritises innovation and progress.

**The role**:
**This firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor 3-7 years PQE to join their heavyweight real estate practice based in High Wycombe.**

You will be joining a highly renowned team of real estate lawyers who act for some of the largest real estate owners and corporate occupiers in the UK.

Prior experience and training in a quality commercial property practice will equip you to take on responsibility from the outset, and you will be given industry leading support and professional development to jumpstart your career in the real estate space.

The work will include but not be limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property development with some finance too.

**You will receive an excellent level of exposure, and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.**

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate Solicitor 3-7 years PQE
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
