**Senior Associate - Commercial Property**
Our Client has a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Team. The Team is involved in all aspects of commercial property/real estate work including landlord, occupier and investment finance. Clients include corporate occupiers, banks, developers, hotels, restaurants, retailers, industrial units, sporting and educational establishments, private investors and infrastructure owners.
The role requires working closely with other Team members and offers real personal career progression opportunities.
**Key Experience**
This opportunity is ideally suited for a solicitor of 5+ years PQE, who has solid commercial property experience, has an interest in business development and is keen on continually improving ways of working and adapting positively to change. A following would obviously be of interest but is not essential.
**Further Details - Experience & Skills**
- 5+ years PQE of commercial property/real estate matters with experience of complex matters.
- Some experience of supervising and mentoring.
- Technically strong, skilled at developing good relationships and strong on financial hygiene.
- Must be able to work closely with other Team members.
- Strong team work ethic, self-motivation and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ambition, drive and commitment to growing commercial property/real estate professional services.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to develop business development and marketing skills to create new opportunities for the firm and a client base from referrals and recommendations
- Be willing to take part in innovative activities to continually improve ways of working.
**About Our Client - The Real Estate Team**
They have an excellent, long-standing reputation for their expertise across all commercial property/real estate disciplines. They are also ideally geographically placed to attract work from a wide area. These factors provide the Team with a strong, established stream of work, as well as a flow of referrals in from our wider commercial department teams.
This law firm has grown substantially over the last five years, now employing over 140 staff, with a turnover of circa 12 million. They are a full service firm, with half of the turnover coming from the commercial side of their business.
They have created a modern, forward thinking, and responsible business, based on our Core Values.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
