**Description**:
We're looking for a Support Worker to help a young child in the Dunsville area. He lives at home with her family and has pets She requires support with trachy management and he is PEG fed.

Shift patterns**: Night shifts only**

We are a leading national provider, supporting adults and children in the community with long term complex health care needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
We need you to support with:

- PEG feeding
- Tracheostomy management and support
- Companionship

Experience is ideal with complex care needs in key.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Compassionate
- Ideally worked with children before
- A genuine desire to help
- Experience working with complex care needs
