**We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our team in Solihull.**

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants or support workers in Solihull, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a 16-year-old boy who lives at home in Solihull with his loving family.

At home he loves to access his gaming playing on both his Xbox and PlayStation along with watching the Formula one.

Your role will consist of accompanying him to his educational setting, assisting him here with activities of daily living and supporting him with mobility support.

Providing emotional support, companionship, and engage in activities to enhance social interaction and his mental well-being.

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Knowledge of Muscular Dystrophy

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full Time & Part Time Days
- 2-5 shifts per week.
- Monday - Friday
- 8am-4pm
