**The Role**

The Influencer Outreach Executive will work closely with the Influencer Manager to develop and deliver a strong influencer strategy; ensuring that budgets with influencers and talent agencies are managed and negotiated effectively and sourcing new influencers dependent on marketing requirements. There will be some analytical elements to the role, in which the Influencer Executive will look at previous campaign performance and able to make recommendations on future campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering the Give Me Influencer strategy across all relevant social platforms, growing the Give Me influencer network and talent roster across the UK.
- Track the effectiveness of engagement and action insights to maximise opportunities and on-board new creators and talent.
- Responsible for a percentage of the monthly Give Me influencer budget working under our Influencer Outreach Manager.
- Creative concepting in line with influencer campaigns with consideration to brand strategy, positioning and business KPI's.
- Management and negotiation of Give Me collaboration contracts and co management of ambassador activation plans with the social team.
- Reporting weekly into Outreach Manager on influencer marketing campaigns and the value that this drives to the business, focusing on new ways to track talent and creator content.
- Analysing influencer campaigns; what worked, what didn't and draw conclusions and insights to further improve future campaigns.
- Assist in the amplification of influencer content across other digital and social marketing channels ensuring that we are maximising talent investment.
- Contributing ideas in key areas for growth within influencer marketing, ensuring that we are always leading within the beauty/social sector.
- Posting organic content across all social media platforms.
- Assist with building, vetting, and updating media and influencer marketing lists and activating monthly outreach campaigns for all Give Me key pushes.
- Establishing a contact list for regular gifting in return for posts - working alongside existing team to achieve this.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of influencer marketing strategies across the UK within the beauty sector including trends, cultural developments and influencer groupings.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube as well as supporting social channels and new and upcoming platforms.
- Use of tools including Excel, Google Analytics and other influencer reporting platforms.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and/or fashion/lifestyle sectors
- Comfortable and confident in participating in TikTok lives - desired
