**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

Playing a leading role to digitally transform the business, this role is accountable for delivering a high performing e-commerce ecosystem across all the NWEA markets.

**What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?**

**The Area eCommerce Executive **role, reporting into the Area eCommerce Manager. The role covers:

- UK&I, France, Benelux, Denmark, Sweden
- Portfolio varies from Vaping brands (Vuse, VIP, 10M) to Oral Nicotine brands (Velo, Moor.se) to THP

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to drive continual improvements in our user experience by researching trends and opportunities across the purchase cycle. You will implement strategies for all markets, new initiatives & features to maximise sales on our eCommerce platforms
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to help define all UX/UI strategic optimisation across all platforms and use data to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the changes and enhance the digital customer journey.
- Support on all eCommerce capability programmes which impact all end markets e.g. A/B testing, personalisation, checkout optimisation
- Reporting of eCommerce and Digital KPIs at regular intervals (Ad-Hoc, Daily, Weekly & Monthly) including visitor, revenue and product performance. You will work closely with all end market teams to drive commercial performance through insights and data
- Ensure the New Product Innovation launch process is smooth, facilitating listings and optimisations (work closely with the Area Digital Content manager)
- Ensure content, price and functionality is maintained and optimised on all platforms in line with requirements from Marketing, Customer Care, Legal, Trade & I.T.
- Working closely with R&D, Marketing and Customer Care to help resolve product and service-related issues and communicate consumer feedback to the wider organisation, including the production of on-site and off-site surveys and reviewing complaints
- Work collaboratively across the business in our O2O strategy (offline to online)
- Supporting strategic traffic growth initiatives across SEO, Display, Blogger Outreach, including creative & copy review, analysis of campaign performance and providing insight into traffic / retention opportunities

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- 1-3 years experience in Digital teams
- Experience in defining objectives and backlog prioritisation
- Strong planning and execution skills in project delivery
- Coordinate and deliver best in class on-line experience
- Numerate and comfortable in questioning and extracting insights from ecommerce reports

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Ability to work under pressure to hit time and budget requirements
- Clear, concise presentation skills at all levels
- Optimistic, can-do attitude to succeed at every level

**BENEFICIAL**
- Knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare
- Knowledge of site optimisation best practices such as A/B testing and use of A/B testing technology
