Field Care Supervisor

**Overview**:
As a Field Care Supervisor with Ideal Home Care, you'll have the chance to grow and develop in an exciting business that prioritises people above all else. We're seeking individuals with solid care experience, flexibility, and independence, coupled with a can-do attitude. Working under the direction of the Care Manager and Head Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of care we deliver to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-to-one direct supervisions and observations of care staff, ensuring that standards and indicators are clearly defined and monitored.
- Maintain accurate written records of all supervisions and observations.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide and coordinate cover for unplanned absence, ensuring the continuity of service.
- Drive improvement and uphold the highest standards of care delivery.

In addition to supervisory duties, you'll also be involved in delivering care to our clients and emergency care calls, contributing to the seamless operation of our services.

**Requirements**:

- Solid care experience
- Flexibility and independence
- A can-do attitude
- Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player with a good sense of humour.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
