We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our growing team based in Greater Manchester.
**About Us**:
GGI is a rapidly expanding company in the energy efficiency sector. We are accredited installations include Glazing and Doors, Insulation (Flat Roofs, Room in Roof, Underfloor, External Wall, Cavity Wall, Internal Wall, Loft, Pitched Roof) Lighting, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps and Boiler/Heating systems into social housing and other clients.
**About you**:
GGI are looking to expand its team with a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be contacting tenants who live in the properties we are carrying out work on.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, friendly and supportive team environment.
**Duties**:
- Resolve enquiries and complaints
- Maintain customer records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Booking Appointments
- Contacting Tenants
- Ensure all customer details on all systems are accurate
**Requirements, Skills & Experience**:
- A minimum GCSE Grade 4 / C in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Clean Full UK Driving License and own vehicle (preferred)
- Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Able to work well individually and liaise with our team
- Attention to detail
- Organised individual
- Able to manage workload effectively
- Have good manners and be able to communicate with people on all levels
- Competent in MS Office - word, excel, outlook etc
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Manage and provide clear and accurate communication to tenants regarding the nature of the works carried out including time scales
