Marketing Coordinator

FloQast is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, EMEA, who will be a key contributor to the Marketing team based out of the London office (hybrid role). The Marketing Coordinator will (1) support the EMEA Marketing team with day-to-day campaign management (2) help identify region specific channels and creative tactics to grow awareness and lead gen efforts in the region (3) and assist with event logistics and coordination for regional events. This role will work cross-functionally in supporting marketing programs aimed at driving lead gen within the region and will report into the Sr. Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do:

- Help identify new regional channels for campaigns and activities to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Assist in planning and coordination of marketing events such as conferences, webinars and field events ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Develop creative tactics to drive registrations and attendance in region
- Work together with content team and designers to create campaign assets - ensuring accuracy for each region
- Manage day-to-day campaign tracking in Asana.
- Ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are met
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
What You'll Bring:

- 2+ years of marketing experience, B2B experience is a plus
- BA/BS degree
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills: able to coordinate multiple projects and competing demand
- Good time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Collaborative mindset, ability to work productively in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Tech savvy; ability to learn and excel with an ever changing marketing tech stack
- High attention to detail, thoroughness, and focus on accuracy
- Ownership mentality--you see it, you want it, you make it happen
