**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to the Research and Consulting team. This will include general support to a team of 20 people. To provide support to the Research and Consulting Director and the Research Director some duties include diary management, expenses and minute taking.

Some minute taking experience is essential as this role will involve minute taking at various committees, ensuring discussions are captured accurately and maintaining an action log.

Additional responsibilities will include organisation, preparation, and action tracking for Research and Consulting meetings including but not limited to:
Ratings Meeting; Friday Research Meetings; Ratings Quorums; RCMT meetings; ESG Quarterly; Sector Reviews and Fund Origination meetings.

Knowledge of the Financial industry would be preferred but not essential.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
The role forms part of the Research team also working closely with the other assistants.

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Secretarial duties including organisation, preparation, minute taking and action tracking for research and consulting meetings including but not limited to:
Ratings Meeting; Friday Research Meetings; Ratings Quorums; RCMT meetings; ESG Quarterly; Sector Reviews and Fund Origination meetings.

2. Internal meeting scheduling for the Research and Consulting team.

3. General assistant duties to the Research and Consulting Director and Research Director including EMT/Board packs; diary management; management of committee meetings/actions, expenses; travel;
4. Academy of Funds administration including but not limited to:
Monthly factsheet download; monthly Dashboard upload; Ratings changes communications; website bulletins; frequent factsheet pushes to live; intranet ratings changes.

5. Ad hoc consulting support.

6. Research support including management of fund holdings data; MI data collation

7. Travel booking

8. Supporting the Distribution team with Investment Committee meetings

9. Conference attendance administration etc.

10. Ad hoc office assistance including but not limited to:
Ordering stationery, managing printers/scanner, general housekeeping; meeting room management; office infrastructure; primary contact for building managers and IT company; communications on IT and office to staff.

11. Administrator on office systems such as Datto, Microsoft 365, website, intranet, Horizon, mobile phones etc.

12. Setup and onboarding of new starters and closing administration for leavers.

13. Support and cover for the other team assistants.

14. Managing switchboard with other team assistants.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- London, EC4R 9AT (preferred)
