Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who shares our vision, ambition and values, someone who can provide leadership to the team, develop relationships with our clinicians and partners across Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB).

**This role comes at a time of major changes at SBUHB and across our communities. We have an active programme of modernisation and improvement underway called **_Changing for the Future _**_, _**which is implementing lessons we learned from Covid, investing millions in modernising services and shaping them to meet todays pressures and future demand, improving the quality of care and outcomes and focussing on staff wellbeing and resilience.**
