The required person for this job must have experience in hospitality and working with customers.
- Stock ordering + Rotating
- Bar work
- Personal licence + hygiene certificates are preferable but can work towards these

cellar management
- Great people skills + communication
- Clean and very hygienic
- Someone who is passionate and can build our reputation
- Must be able work under pressure and deliver good customer service
- Experience in financial controll when ordering stock from suppliers
- Experience in driving sales and profitability
- Someone who can create and provide a memorable experience
- This person must me fun and have a great character and love the culture of the hospitality industry
- Driving licence will be required but not essential
- Must be able to work weekends nights and days bank holidays and the Christmas period
- Hours can be negotiated and pay depending on experience
- We are looking for a smart and respectable individual who can work alongside a team and drive the business forward whilst working under pressure

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
