**Responsibilities of the Luggage Porter**
- Greeting hotel and restaurant guests with confidence and providing 4 star service, creating a memorable impression
- Be passionate and confident in conversing with all guests to establish a courteous, helpful and friendly attitude at all times
- Ensure luggage is safely transported to guest rooms, providing a timely service
- Acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner taking ownership of any requests they may have
- Be part of the team by assisting reception and other departments when required
- Keeping a professional eye on the public areas to ensure they are clean and tidy
