**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with the different areas within the Bank
- Provide SME knowledge across impacted initiatives
- Help to drive Change and Efficiency
- Work closely with the Operations Risk to highlight potential risks and ensure that correct documentation is in place
- Support the Business on initiatives while ensuring changes are in line with regulatory and company policies
- Business change activities related to the roll out of projects/initiatives.
- Communicates well with stakeholders, establishing and maintaining positive and collaborative relationships.
- Help to define the future operating model for the Business Change & control Team.
- Assist in the development a roadmap and maintain it to ensure delivery against the various projects/initiatives.
- Help to build out and embed a prioritisation process for stakeholder engagement and change which is effective, efficient, sustainable, and understood by all involved.
- Assist in the monitoring of business stability and ongoing capacity to cope with the level of change (including acceptable levels of performance variation/deterioration whilst the change is embedded).
- Help to improve staff confidence in the changes required through effective communication

**Profile**

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Educated to degree level or relevant demonstrable industry experienceExperience Minimum 5 years' experience in a small-mid size commercial bank.
- Experience of formulating and documenting procedures/ processes
- Good understanding of banking products, primarily FX/MM, payment mechanisms (excellent SWIFT knowledge is a pre-requisite).
- Good understanding of banking systems from an operational perspective
- Good knowledge of FCA regulations and relevant regulations surrounding payment services and AML.
- Experience of maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships on an ongoing basis.

**Job Offer**
- Hybrid working, 2 days per week in our Sutton office.
