Billings Analyst

Ruby Group have been instructed on a Billings Analyst position working for a national company based in Greater London. The role is a long term contract position offering hybrid working and flexible hours. The key duties/responsibilities are:
- Daily raising of a high-volume of invoices
- Management of any billing related queries
- Managing and monitoring disbursements spreadsheets
- Cash management
- Regular communication with external and internal stakeholders
- Generating and dispersing billing documents
- Previous experience in a high-volume billings role.
- Ability to work from own initiative whilst still pro-actively supporting a team effort
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent academics and numeracy skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high volume capacity
- Excellent IT and computerised system skills
