**Role: Compliance Specialist**

**Location: Birmingham or London (Hybrid working - 3 days in the office)**

Working in partnership with universities, colleges and education specialists in the UK, we recruit, market and deliver a range of programmes from foundation level to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. All designed to support our students’ future career aspirations.This role will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the attendance and engagement with ‘Student’ permission route students studying at all campuses in line with attendance policies and UK regulations**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and UKVI compliance recording of attendance
- Setting up attendance meetings with students
- Supporting the enrolment of students, with particular focus on ‘Student’ permission route students at the London campus
- Assist and all other UKVI compliance activities in the compliance team
- Contribute to ensuring the Compliance department is well publicised to staff and students and that good levels of awareness are achieved.
- Supporting delivering of services in a timely manner

**About you**:

- Some experience within higher education would be desirable
- An understanding of UKVI compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to engage and motivate students
- A keen problem solver with the ability to introduce new ways of working
