**Senior Sales Assistant - Unicorn Way, Glenrothes, KY7 5NU**

**£9.88 per hour plus an excellent benefits package, see below.**

**_You will be given various shifts - which will change week to week, and will include weekends - between 5am and 5pm - any 5 days from 7._**

**24 hours per week, although additional hours may be available.**

This is an opportunity to support a fast-paced retail operation, where you will be hands on, including food preparation, serving customers, cleaning and any administrative tasks that may be required.

You will aim to build positive relationships with our customers and colleagues, through our fresh products, clean shops and great customer service.

What your key responsibilities are
- Ensure consistent excellent customer service within the shop
- Assist the shop manager with the day to day operation of the shop
- Assisting the shop managers with all operational standards
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, legal diligence and health & safety, within your shop
- Maintain excellent standards within the shop
- Ensure compliance to company cash and security processes
- Ensure the quality of our products in maintained throughout the day

You will be required to be flexible with your hours, and you will require to be available to work any 5 days from 6, which will vary each week.
