We want experienced and trained Support Workers or Team Leaders who already excel at providing direct support to move to the next level. Our 24/7 Community Support Team is changing wrap around social care support for teens and young adults with autism.

**WHO CAN APPLY?**
- _**What do we do? **_We provide inclusive, innovative, and responsive 24 hour wrap around support for people with autism between 13-30._
- _**How do we do this in Manchester? **_We have 3 specialist assessment beds in a lovely house designed for autistic people in Withington and we also provide wrap around outreach support in peoples own homes across Manchester._
- _**How we do this in the community? **_We provide 'wrap around' 24 hour outreach support for young adults in their own home._
- _**What do our Team Leaders do? **_Based at our 24 hour specialist supported living project you will work with your manager to lead a small team of support workers on site and off site in the community._
- _**What hour will I work? **_You will work alongside your team over a 24 hour rota that will include sleeps._
- _**What activities will I do? **_We do everything a person wants to do - aside form the normal stuff you could be hiking, going to the Gym or supporting the person to access education or a work placement._
- _**Do I need to be able to drive? **_Whilst we encourage public transport you will be required to drive work vehicles._
