We seeking a talented individual to join our team as Client Research & Lead Generating Executive.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to receive ongoing training and development, as well as opportunities for career advancement.Plus, with a competitive bonus and commission structure, the earning potential is endless The client Client Research & Lead Generating a crucial role within the business dealing with all aspects of the property industry, dealing with sales, lettings, new homes and developers.

**Location**: Pimlico

**Hours: 8.30-6.30 - Monday to Friday**

**Salary: £30,000 - £40,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To generate new business opportunities for Sales and Lettings offices by:

- Cold calling prospective sellers & landlords.
- Generating new business by touting competitors’ instructions and generating new data by using research systems provided.
- To arrange meetings for local office managers to value properties and win new business for the company.
- Telesales calls to existing and potential clients, sourcing new business and contributing to the growth of the company.
- Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role desired.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- To balance good customer service with the more sales-oriented approach needed to sell third party services.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Able to handle pressure and meet KPI’s.
- To be able to work well within a team and individually.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced role and able to multi-task.
- Be able to identify and take remedial actions if there is any KPI or sales target shortfall.
- Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach.
