We are on the hunt for a new chef to join our fabulous, hard working team

Duties include; completing food checks, making traybake cakes, making up 16 lunches each day for the beach school next door, keeping up with food hygiene standards and regulations, general cleaning duties, daily and weekly stock ordering and assisting with the smooth operation of the kitchen on a daily basis.

Will report directly to Cafe Manager.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Daily and weekly stock checking/ordering online
- Ensure that food is quickly prepared and well presented
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a calmly manner
- Strong attention to detail to present dishes at a high standard
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
